EPI-NO products are manufactured in Munich, Germany and comply with CE Medical Device production and packaging standards. EPI-NO products are heat sealed in plastic shrink wrap in controlled conditions.

EPI-NO is available for Singapore customers by ordering via this website

Please note the following:

1. Starnberg Medical has sufficient inventory of EPI-NO on hand in Australia to meet demand.
2. Orders received from Singapore and other Asia customers are shipped each weekday from Sydney
3. We ship via Australia Post Express Courier International and via DHL. Orders can be tracked.
4. On arrival in Singapore Australia Post orders move to the Singapore Post SpeedPost system with the same Tracking Number.
5. Currently due to COVID-19 there are delays in shipments worldwide as fewer flights are scheduled.
   Australia Post advise that Air Shipments to Singapore can be delayed by up to 14 days.
6. The information we have about your order is exactly the same information you already receive with your Tracking Number.
7. Australia Post – SingPost EMS customers have a local SpeedPost Customer Service number they can call (+65) 6222 5777
8. If Singapore SpeedPost cannot locate the parcel it will be because it has not been scanned into their system yet. Until then it appears as an “invalid number”. The number becomes valid when scanned.

10. The speed of deliveries to Singapore is improving however we do recommend ordering your EPI-NO to allow some delay in shipping times. Thank you for your understanding.
